Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.
Duties:
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Manage nursing schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation and communication
- Lead and mentor nursing teams to provide exceptional care
- Implement systems to enhance efficiency and quality of care delivery
- Oversee nursing operations in various settings such as assisted living, home health, and home care
